WHAT WE ARE

Booth Custom is a custom jewelry and restoration studio owned and operated by Brian and Lily Booth. We are always at work creating one-of-a-kind jewelry for engagements, anniversaries, and other celebrations of personal importance. Between orders, we also restore heirloom jewelry and fulfill specialty repair requests. We are a referral-based business and are especially driven by the joy we bring to our clients and the memories our services represent.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create a high integrity, single-stop solution for one-of-a-kind custom jewelry as well as restoration solutions. In addition to our retail custom jewelry clientele, we seek to fill the gap in assisting collectors with repairing and restoring their one-of-a-kind pieces. We strive to employ only the most sustainable and environmentally responsible materials available. We exclusively source gold that has been recycled and diamonds that are conflict-free.

OUR STORY

Brian and Lily Booth are the couple behind the artistry and craftsmanship of Booth Custom Jewelers. Together, this husband and wife duo have a passion to create and restore special pieces for their loyal clientele. Brian, a Raleigh native, attended Woodberry Forest School before moving to Chicago, where he graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  After obtaining his BFA, Brian was recruited by one of the highest quality jewelry manufacturing companies in the country, a position that took him to California where he met San Francisco native and talented jewelry designer, Lily Moreno.  At the time, Lily was pursuing a career in fashion jewelry, having finished her traditional jewelry-making diploma at the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside. The couple married in 2008 and moved to North Carolina soon after to pursue Lily's designs and for Brian to work towards opening a small business. In the summer of 2012, Booth Custom Jewelers opened in the heart of Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood. With Brian's expertise in sculpture/jewelry production/Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Lily's interest in fashion/diamond setting, the two share a symbiotic relationship that is translated through their detailed craft, sense for aesthetic beauty, and excellent customer service.
